ReflexDuels ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile game available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application.

1. Information We Collect

Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how players use the app. Firebase Analytics automatically collects certain usage data, including:

• App opens and session duration
• In-app events (e.g., games played, scores achieved)
• Device model and operating system version
• General location (country/region level, not precise location)
• App crashes and performance data

This data is collected in an anonymized and aggregated form. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number through Firebase Analytics.

No Accounts or Registration

ReflexDuels does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to play. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers directly.

2. Data Stored on Your Device & iCloud

ReflexDuels stores certain game-related data locally on your device and synchronizes it across your Apple devices using iCloud. This data includes:

• Your best score
• Token balance (in-app currency)
• Game preferences and onboarding flags

This data is tied to your Apple ID through iCloud and is synced automatically across your devices where you are signed in with the same Apple ID. We do not have access to your Apple ID, iCloud account, or any data stored in your iCloud. Apple manages all iCloud data in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

You can disable iCloud sync for ReflexDuels at any time in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.

3. Third-Party Services

ReflexDuels integrates with the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics (Google)

Used for anonymous usage analytics as described in Section 1. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Apple Game Center

Used for leaderboards and achievements. Your Game Center display name and scores are managed by Apple. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store (StoreKit)

In-app purchases (consumable tokens) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Children's Privacy

ReflexDuels does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require registration or submission of any personal data to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

5. Your Choices

• Analytics: You can limit ad tracking and analytics data collection through your device's privacy settings at Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
• iCloud Sync: You can disable iCloud synchronization for ReflexDuels in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
• Game Center: You can manage your Game Center participation in Settings > Game Center.

6. Data Security

We value your trust and take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with our app. Local data is stored securely on your device, and iCloud data is encrypted by Apple. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
